The entrance includes original wall tapestries and antiques. Two comfortable lounge/ reception areas and a well-stocked bar await. Each has a working fireplace to warm the mood. The large dining room, with two more fireplaces, can seat up to 60. In addition, for group privacy and convenience, Ardtara’s sunroom/conservatory seats up to 20 more,.
All nine bedrooms offer high ceilings, large windows, modern en-suite bathrooms with high pressure showers, modern king size beds, desks, vanities, and full length mirrors. All the rooms are furnished in period antiques, and feature classic decorative moldings and ornamentation. Eight have glowing working fireplaces.
All bedrooms also offer all the essential modern and deluxe amenities to ensure supreme comfort including flat screen TVs, direct dial phones, hairdryers, robes, and plush bath towels.
Superior Rooms all have working fireplaces and garden views to the front and side of the house. Classic Rooms have rear views, only slightly smaller and cost £10 less.
