Throughout the year Ardtara hosts a series of cookery demonstrations led by Chef Patron, Ian Orr. Guests will learn how to prepare a range of dishes that are easily replicated at home. Thursday 23rd October 2025, 6.30pm – Air Fryer Cookery Demonstration.

Wednesday 3rd & Thursday 4th December 2025 – Christmas Cookery Demonstration. 

Thursday 29th January 2026, 6.30pm – Air Fryer / Healthy Eating.

Thursday 23rd April 2026, 6.30pm – Italian at home.

Thurs 8th October 2026, 6.30pm – Easy French cooking.

Wednesday 2nd & Thursday 3rd December 2026, 6.30pm – Christmas Made Simple.

An overnight package including the cookery demonstration, 5-course dinner, bed & breakfast is available from £164.50 per person, based on two sharing, subject to availability.
