restaurant6The Restaurant at Ardtara (recently awarded “Best Hotel Restaurant in Ulster, 2015) is headed up by talented chef Eddie Attwell (recently awarded “Best Chef in Co. Derry, 2015).

Our ethos at Ardtara is about maximising the use of the land through foraging and growing our own natural sustainable produce. We are on a quest to use ingredients, textures and flavours that sing from the plate and push the boundaries so we are never predictable.

The dining room features two original glowing fireplaces and is served by a professionally-trained and attentive service staff.

Opening Hours Wednesday to Saturday serving from 5pm – 9pm and Sunday all day from 12pm to 8pm.

Additional private dining is available in our conservatory for up to 20 guests.
